Her credits include Legally Blonde, The Seven, Dreamgirls, Damn Yankees, The Best Little Whorehouse in Texas, Diss Diss Diss Dat. She has been a certified fitness professional since she was 17 years old. Her unique fitness classes have been featured on CNN, NBC, Reader's Digest and Self magazine. Amber Efe graduated summa cum laude from Howard University and is an active member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Inc.
